OFFICIAL RULES: Dead On Archery/Kryptek's "The Big Giveaway"

Eligibility:
Dead On Archery "The Big Giveaway" (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of any age and their respective parents. Dead On Archery ("Sponsor") and Kryptek ("Sponsor") and their respecitve parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, retailers, sales representatives, dealers, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Promotional Period:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on November 5, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on January 17th, 2016 (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter:
Mail-in Entry:
To obtain an entry without making a purchase, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, telephone number, complete e-mail address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard and mail to: 2006 E. Franklin Rd. Meridian ID 83642. Request need to be in by January 10th 2016. Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications or Internet connections; or other errors, failures or malfunctions of any kind. Limit of one mail-in entry per day. RECEIVE two (2) ENTRIES PER MAIL IN REQUEST.
By entering via online or mail-in, you consent to receive email announcements from Sponsor, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at, http://www.deadonarchery.com/terms-and-conditions.
Social Media Entry:
"Like" Dead On Archery's facebook page either Meridian or Garden City Location. Share the post about the promotion and get one (1) entry.
Online or Store Entry :
During the Promotion Period, go to the following website: www.deadonarchery.com or come into the stores located in Meridian: 2006 E. Franklin Rd. 83642 or Garden City: 5669 N. Glenwood St. 83714 and purchase one or more products from the website or store's during the Promotion Period (“Purchase Entry”). Entrants must complete all required information. RECEIVE ONE ENTRY FOR EVERY $5 SPENT (not including tax or shipping).
Drawing:
On or about January 18th, 2016, at Dead On Archery, ID, the Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds: Grand Prize
Kryptek Clothing Package and 2015 Bowtech Boss with Signed Signatures. Total ARV of all prizes equals around $2500. Plus (10) smaller prizes. One a week until the end of sweepstakes. All federal, state, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:
This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Idaho located in the county of ADA for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.
Privacy:
The personal information collected through this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at http://www.deadonarchery.com/pages/privacy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.
Waiver:
By participating in this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
Winners List:
The winners’ list will be available after winner validation has been completed.
